It was packaged very well and arrived intact. I have been researching for a long time and while I was wondering whether to buy a combi machine or just an espresso, considering the different information I received, I decided on this machine as only an espresso. Very easy to use, instructions are clear and clear. In terms of color, I wanted red and it came in matte red, exactly as I wanted. The company also sent 100 ml cleansing liquid as a gift in the package. The shipping process was also very fast and was delivered 1 day before the specified date. As for the coffee, the brand also shows its quality, you will definitely not regret it.

I am very very happy with my machine. First of all, I waited for 1 month to make this comment and used it with enthusiasm and the result was that it was both a f/p product and a machine that exceeded my expectations. In the first days, it was very difficult to place and turn the coffee pot, then my hand got used to it and I was able to put it on and turn it easily. The coffees I make are very hot, that was the part I was most afraid of, but every coffee I make is hot. I think it is much more useful than an automatic machine and it is very easy to clean. I'm glad I bought it. Everyone loved their coffee. It is no different from coffees of certain brands.

It's a very bad machine. First of all, the container, such as the strainer that is installed inside the portafilter and filled with coffee, never comes out with the portafilter, it remains stuck in the machine, I try many times to remove it. Moreover, the machine is very light, but the force applied to attach the portafilter is too much. You have to hold the machine with your other hand and arm to prevent it from slipping or tipping over, but it is very difficult, it still moves, you unintentionally press the buttons while trying to hold the machine, and it starts making coffee before you can even pour the coffee. That's why you need to install the filter before operating. TORTURE. If you want to have a nervous breakdown first every morning and then drink your coffee, buy it. It makes the coffee good and tastes good.
