Is a multimeter used as the measuring instrument? How can we measure the grounding in the mat using a multimeter?
Answer from Farmahanem
Hello, yes, a standard multimeter can be used for measurement. For control, you just need to put the multimeter in AC voltage mode and touch one probe to the metal connection point of the mat and the other probe to the ground line on the wall. A low voltage value is seen in the correct connection, which shows that the grounding is active. If you wish, you can also check the continuity between the mat and the ground line in the resistance measurement mode. If you have any other technical details, we will be happy to help you. We wish you healthy days.

Hi I don't have any meter how do I know it is working
Answer from Farmahanem
Hello, the most accurate way to verify that the mat is working is to measure with a multimeter or a grounding tester. If you do not have such a device, then when the socket adapter of the mat is correctly connected to a grounded outlet, we can say that it is ready for use. If you have any hesitation, you can contact us, we will be happy to help you. We wish you healthy days.
