Do you have this one for balcony doors? For the door and the glass next to it?

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello sir, you can use this product for glass. It is not suitable for the door, you can check our self-adhesive products for the door in our store. We wish you a good day.

    Translated by Google

Can we cut it to size ourselves?

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello, yes sir, you can easily cut it with scissors or a utility knife.

    Translated by Google

The old tenant painted the edges of the glass of the glass door. If I glue these, will it hide the stains? And is it okay if I stick it on both sides, front and back?

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello sir, if you paste it front and back, it will save a lot. We wish you a good day.

    Translated by Google

Hello, can it be applied to glass for privacy? I want the light to come in but not the inside to be visible. Which of your products should I buy to get such a result?

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello sir, yes it provides privacy. All our static glass films have this feature. We wish you pleasant shopping.

    Translated by Google

It keeps falling, what should I do?

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello, if it keeps falling off, you may not have removed the transparent protection label of the product. If you follow the application guide and apply it, it will definitely not fall on flat glass surfaces.

    Translated by Google

I am a tenant, will it leave marks on the glass?

    Answer from Deconitte

Dear Customer, there is no adhesive in static glass films. Attach to flat glass and mica surfaces with static effect. This way, you can easily remove it without leaving any trace or stain within 3 seconds. If you wish, you can reuse the window film you removed on another window of the same size. We wish you a nice day.

    Translated by Google

Then will it come out without any problems?

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello sir, you can remove it without any problems. We wish you a good day.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I want to use it on the kitchen window. Will it show the inside when the light is turned on in the evening?

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello sir, it does not show clearly, it creates a blurry image. We wish you pleasant shopping.

    Translated by Google

I want to stick it on the window of the room. Can you see the inside, especially in the evenings when the light is on?

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello, the appearance test is available in the images. We wish you a good day.

Privacy is not a problem, can it be applied in the bathroom or shower?

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello sir, it is suitable for use in the bathroom. We wish you a nice day.

I applied the film to smooth window panes. I moistened the windows with water first and removed air bubbles with a rubber spatula. As soon as the moisture evaporated the film started peeling off. What can I do to make the film stick better?

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello sir, there is a transparent film layer on the product. If you do not remove it, the product will not stick, and even if it does, it will fall off in a short time. The product we sent is explained in detail in the application guide. You can easily remove the transparent protective film by applying a small strip of tape to the front and back of the product's edge corners and then separating them. Wishing you to use it in good days, good evening.

I will buy two, but I need dimensions of 60x210, can you send them in one piece, leaving 10 cm extra?

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello, unfortunately it is not possible when the measurements are cut in advance as standard.

is it applied to the outside or inside of the glass

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello sir, you can get a healthier result if you stick it on the inside. We wish you a good day.

If I buy 2 pieces, can you send me 20 cm extra? It will be a little difficult for me to buy 3 meters, or if you have a 1.10 cm product, can you send me the link?

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello sir, unfortunately since it is ready cut, we ship it in 60*200 or 60*300 cm. We do not have 1.10 cm products. We wish you a good evening

if I use it in a window will it cut the heat coming into the house from the sun

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello sir, the product refracts sunlight to some extent, it does not have the ability to cut the heat, but it can reduce it a little. We wish you a good evening

When light hits it, does it refract light and create rainbow patterns in the room?

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello, yes, light refractions can occur due to the effect of sunlight.

Hello, good luck. Can it be used on sliding balcony doors? Since it is static, it does not come off etc. when opening and closing. Does it do anything?

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello sir, it is suitable, it does not come out, we wish you pleasant shopping.

I want to apply the product to the outside of the shower cabin, not the inside. What is the situation if it sticks or not? Is there any problem if the application is washed?

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello sir, it is suitable for the exterior of the shower cabin. As long as it is not exposed to excessive water, there will be no problem. We wish you pleasant shopping.

Can it be used for a walk-in shower

    Answer from Deconitte

Hi, it is workable but the privacy level is not high. Since it does not receive light, it may not cause much light refraction.

I wonder if the inside can be seen from the outside. I don't want the inside to be seen very close.

    Answer from Deconitte

Hello sir, it does not cut the image completely, it blurs it. In other words, the inside cannot be seen clearly, it looks blurry. We wish you pleasant shopping.
