Product Q&As
Can we cut it to size ourselves?
Answer from Deconitte
Hello, yes sir, you can easily cut it with scissors or a utility knife.

The old tenant painted the edges of the glass of the glass door. If I glue these, will it hide the stains? And is it okay if I stick it on both sides, front and back?
Answer from Deconitte
Hello sir, if you paste it front and back, it will save a lot. We wish you a good day.

Hello, can it be applied to glass for privacy? I want the light to come in but not the inside to be visible. Which of your products should I buy to get such a result?
Answer from Deconitte
Hello sir, yes it provides privacy. All our static glass films have this feature. We wish you pleasant shopping.

I am a tenant, will it leave marks on the glass?
Answer from Deconitte
Dear Customer, there is no adhesive in static glass films. Attach to flat glass and mica surfaces with static effect. This way, you can easily remove it without leaving any trace or stain within 3 seconds. If you wish, you can reuse the window film you removed on another window of the same size. We wish you a nice day.

Then will it come out without any problems?
Answer from Deconitte

I applied the film to smooth window panes. I moistened the windows with water first and removed air bubbles with a rubber spatula. As soon as the moisture evaporated the film started peeling off. What can I do to make the film stick better?
Answer from Deconitte
Hello sir, there is a transparent film layer on the product. If you do not remove it, the product will not stick, and even if it does, it will fall off in a short time. The product we sent is explained in detail in the application guide. You can easily remove the transparent protective film by applying a small strip of tape to the front and back of the product's edge corners and then separating them. Wishing you to use it in good days, good evening.

Answer from Deconitte

Hello, good luck. Can it be used on sliding balcony doors? Since it is static, it does not come off etc. when opening and closing. Does it do anything?
Answer from Deconitte
Hello sir, it is suitable, it does not come out, we wish you pleasant shopping.
Translated by Google
Can it be used for a walk-in shower
Answer from Deconitte
Hi, it is workable but the privacy level is not high. Since it does not receive light, it may not cause much light refraction.
Translated by Google
I wonder if the inside can be seen from the outside. I don't want the inside to be seen very close.
Answer from Deconitte
Hello sir, it does not cut the image completely, it blurs it. In other words, the inside cannot be seen clearly, it looks blurry. We wish you pleasant shopping.
