Hello, there are comments that it peeled off after 2-3 uses, even though it was hand washed, it caused peeling? Is it such a simple peel-off product? You said delicate washing in the machine, but it peeled off despite hand washing?
Answer from Dame Marie
Hello, no sir, if 1 person has a negative comment, 50 people buy it and are satisfied, and there is no problem. Unfortunately, not everyone who buys it comments, sir. We helped that person who was already having problems, sir. In summary, as long as you wash our product by hand, you can use it for many years without any problems, sir. (note: if the product was problematic, we would not be able to sell this product for a long time, sir. )thanks for your attention.

Can MRB be washed in the dishwasher? Will there be any discoloration?
Answer from Dame Marie
It is washed with liquid detergent on a delicate program at low temperature. For long-lasting use, we recommend washing by hand and with the soft part of the sponge.

We want to use it in a restaurant if it is suitable for use.
Answer from Dame Marie
We can discuss the details sir

So, is it suitable for machine washing or do I always need to wash it by hand?
Answer from Dame Marie
It is durable for use in the machine. Hand washing extends the life of the gold plating. Machine washing shortens it. Our coating machines offer a 2-year machine warranty, but since not everyone uses the same detergent, we cannot generally provide a warranty because it can be used in detergents of foreign origin/containing caustic or because it is not used in delicate programs.
