After your skin has softened and warmed up during your shower, wet the loofah with water only. Apply it to your skin using circular and up-and-down motions, without using soap or shower gel. It can be used safely on the arms, legs, back, and body. Apply lighter pressure to sensitive areas. It is recommended to use it 1–2 times a week. After use, rinse the loofah and dry it hygienically.
