Good day, the comments about your products and you as a seller are really nice. Based on all this, I want to buy your products, but I have some hesitations. All the soft towels I have ever bought are soft at first, but they harden as they are washed. I had the same problem with all towels, even though I followed the washing instructions and did not wash them at very high temperatures. I'm afraid to have the same problem with these towels, honestly. Or how should I wash your products to avoid this problem?
Answer from COTTO N MANIA
Hello, thank you very much for your nice comments and interest. You can wash it at 40 degrees for a long and healthy use. Depending on the hardness of the water, you can add softener if you wish. We wish you pleasant shopping and healthy days.

Hello, we bought 10-15 towels from you, hands, face and feet are mixed. We chose the same models for these, we bought flan from this series 5 months ago. We are still not sure which of these are feet and which are hands and face. Some of them have hanging handles on the side, I wonder if they are hand and face? I would be very happy if you could help me. Good work.
Answer from COTTO N MANIA
Hello, the dimensions of our hand/face towels are 50x90 cm and the size of our foot towels is 50x75 cm. Our foot towels are heavier in terms of weight, meaning they are thicker. This is how you can distinguish, we wish you pleasant days :)
