Size Difference, Up to 5% difference may be seen in the width and length of the carpets due to the production and yarn variety used in the product you purchased.

Since your carpet has been packaged for a long time, it may take some time to flatten and take the desired form when it is laid on the usage area.

Thanks for your understanding.

GENERAL USAGE, Your carpet should not be whipped, beaten, it should be vacuumed with the brushless ends of the vacuum cleaner.

If there are items, their places should be changed from time to time in order not to make marks, and the places in contact should be vacuumed with the brushless ends of the vacuum cleaner.

STAIN REMOVAL, If something is spilled on your carpet, action should be taken very quickly

In such cases, first of all, excess liquid should be absorbed by applying a tampon with a paper towel before the liquid is dispersed, and cleaning agents containing bleaching chemicals (such as bleach) should never be used

The area where the liquid is spilled should be wiped with cold water and natural soap after the tampon application

Wiping should be done with the help of a soft and white cloth in the direction of the pile in a way that will not distribute the stain, circular or hard scrubbing in the opposite direction of the pile should be avoided.

The cleaned area should not be stepped on until it is completely dry.

It should be emphasized to the washing center that heavy chemical cleaners containing Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic) and hard brushes should not be used during washing, and the carpet should be completely purified from the cleaning agent used.
