what are the dimensions of the noodle cut
Answer from COOKER
Hello; - 1–9: Dough thickness setting - 9: Finest setting ❌ 18mm, not 9mm: Cutting width - 1 \ thickest dough - 9 \ thinnest dough - 8–9 \ quite thin dough. Pass the dough through number 1 first. Since it is the thickest setting, the dough is easy to shape. Fold the dough and run it through again from number 1, 2-3 times. Then go in order 2 \ 3 \ 4 \ 5 \ 6. 1 time through each number is usually enough. For classic house noodles, it is recommended to leave it at number 6 or 7. So it's not too thin and fragile. If you want thinner noodles, you can go up to size 8, if very thin, 9. Finally, pass the dough through the noodle cutting section. The suggestion is: 1 \ 2 \ 3 \ 4 \ 5 \ 6. We wish you pleasant shopping.

Product details
Product description
3-function dough noodle pasta cutter machine yellow ckr3843
this manually operated noodle and pasta machine, crafted with an industrial design sensibility, offers high performance and long-lasting use for both home and boutique production needs. It provides consistent dough rolling and cutting operations with its sturdy body structure, precise adjustment mechanism, and ergonomic usage features. 1) secure the machine to the table using the vise included in the box, and then insert the lever into the hole of the cylinders. When the machine is used for the first time, it is necessary to clean it with a dry cloth to remove excess oil. For the first cleaning of the rollers, run a small amount of kneaded dough through the machine and discard the dough you've run through. 2) please use a brush to clean the machine after use. 3) if necessary, apply a few drops of petroleum jelly to the ends of the cutting cylinders. 4) do not pass knives or kitchen cloths between the cylinders. 5) please keep the machine and its accessories in its own box after use. 6) never wash the machine with water or in the dishwasher!!! Note: if the rollers cannot cut your dough or separate it well, it means your dough is too soft. in this case, we recommend adding flour to the mixture and passing it through the flat rollers. Hope you enjoy it in good times...
