FLOUR THE MOLD: Be sure to lightly flour the surface and the holes of the mold before rolling out the dough. This ensures the dumplings release easily without sticking. DOUGH CONSISTENCY: For best results, use a medium-firm dough. Very soft dough may be difficult to remove from the mold. PRACTICAL CUTTING: After rolling out the top layer of dough, roll over it firmly with a rolling pin or pasta roller until the honeycomb lines on the mold become clearly defined. EASY REMOVAL: Once the cutting process is complete, turn the mold upside down and tap it gently; 121 dumplings will fall out immediately. CLEANING: Wash with warm water and detergent after use. To preserve its shape, washing in the dishwasher at very high temperatures is not recommended. SAFE MATERIAL: Made from durable, food-safe hard plastic. NOTE: Depending on stock availability, the product may be shipped in assorted (mixed) colors.
