I trusted this app and the seller, but unfortunately, I received a damaged pair of pants. We shop on online platforms like this because buying from physical stores can be expensive, and we want to save money. However, receiving damaged products like this is very disappointing. I wasted my money and time waiting for the delivery, and now I am left with a damaged item. This experience has affected my trust in your service. I expect better quality and proper quality checks before shipping products to customers. Please arrange a replacement or a full refund as soon as possible.
