It's a concealer that's unlikely to make millia. and a very small amount is enough to seal. I am very pleased, I will buy it again when it is finished. I bought Revolution Conceal and Define concealer because its ingredients were clean, but it looked very dry under my eyes, I was not satisfied at all, and I found exactly what I was looking for with this product.
