Thank you for the answer. This product is 3 m. But as far as I understand, no adjustments can be made. Fast jump ropes can be adjusted, but are these standard? What should we do if it is too long or too short?
Answer from Claw Training
Greetings again "The red one is considered as ""standard"" size and the length of the rope is 2.75 meters." The blue one is the "long" size and measures 3 meters. If you are under 175cm tall, we recommend the red rope, and if you are taller, the blue rope. If it is too long, you can shorten it by tying a knot on the part close to the handle.

What is the length of the rope? It does not say meters.
Answer from Claw Training
Hello Standard neck length is 275cm.

Hello, how to shorten the length of the rope? The red rope is too long for 1.65 cm
Answer from Claw Training
Hello; You can choose the standard length, which is 275cm long. If you want to shorten it, you can shorten it by tying an 8-figure knot near the handles (you can search for 8-figure knot). 😊 🎊
