Circle Toys Touch Feel Baby Animals

Product description

Tactile perception is our ability to know what we touch. The more different textures our babies and children touch, the more their tactile perception improves. In other words, when we touch a soft or hard feather, the information that the feather is soft or hard is felt by the receptors in our fingers, this information is sent to the central nervous system and causes this perception to occur. The more tactile perception develops, the more positively it affects finger control and manipulative movements of the fingers. This situation particularly positively affects important skills such as pencil grip and smooth writing. In short, the tactile discrimination system (perception) is one of the cornerstones of our fine motor skills. Children with poor tactile perception may experience clumsiness in their hand-eye coordination while handling small or fragile items. They may hold the pencil too tightly to help them “feel” the pencil. As circle toys, we designed our first touch and feel cards: baby animals, as the second product of the series, following the touch and feel recognition, which contributes to the development of the touch/tactile sense of our babies and children, in the light of all this information. The product, consisting of 18 cards, features a baby animal on the front and a 'touch-feel element' closest to real texture on it, and a mother animal and brief information about that animal on the back. Age group: 12+ months
