What is the capacity of the cup and can it be used in the microwave?

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

Sir, we have customers who use the mug between 145 and 155 cc, since it is ceramic, there is always a risk, sir. 😊

    Translated by Google

Hello, is it big enough to drink tea?

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

Greetings sir, it is suitable for tea and coffee, sir, but if you like to drink double, it may be a little small. General customers say it is good, sir, you know.

    Translated by Google

Hello... is it the size of a Turkish coffee cup?

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

We can call it double Turkish coffee, a little smaller than a coffee cup and a little smaller than a mug, sir.

    Translated by Google

Hello, can it be put into the machine?

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

    Of course, no problem.

    Translated by Google

Hello, the same product is on sale in 2 packs, this one says mug size and the other one says mug. Are they the same product? What are they in ml?

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

Same product sir, it is on sale in 2 pieces and 1 piece.

    Translated by Google

is this a cup or mug so for turkish coffee

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

    Translated by Google

Hello, do you produce it from materials suitable for food contact?

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

Of course sir, it is suitable for food contact.

    Translated by Google

cracks appear in it as you use it?

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

BECAUSE IT IS CERAMIC, IT IS RARELY AVAILABLE. SIR, THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN TERMS OF HEALTH, BUT IT MAY NOT BE VISUALLY PLEASANT, SIR.

    Translated by Google

Hello, does ceramic cause darkening from the inside?

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

Although it is very rare, it can be done, but it does not pose a problem in terms of health, it just does not look very nice visually, sir.

    Translated by Google

Does it crack inside when heated?

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

Rinse it with warm water first and use it that way. Normally, it does not crack, sir.

    Translated by Google

Hello, it has been written in the comments that there are cracks except when in contact with hot water.

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

The substructure, that is, the mud, is caused by it, sir, it may come out occasionally, but there is no problem, it may just be a little disturbing visually, we are trying to solve it.

    Translated by Google

You said that the product can be thrown into the machine, but after I threw it in, there were cracks in my cup and the color faded?

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

It is being thrown away, sir, but since it is ceramic, it can come off even if it is rare during seasonal transitions. Sir, if you wish, we can send a new one regarding the interaction of the mud.

    Translated by Google

It says mug, but in the comments with photos, they always put Turkish coffee in it, I wonder if it is small, is it the size of a Turkish coffee cup?

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

It is larger than Turkish coffee and smaller than a normal mug. It is between 145 and 142 cc in size.

    Translated by Google

Is it made of handmade ceramics?

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

All our products are completely handcrafted, sir.

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

    Translated by Google

Can it be washed in the dishwasher

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

    Answer from Çiğdemcesanat

It is very rare that it can be removed due to the substructure mud. Sir, there is no problem in use. It only occurs on the outer surface. When the mud is hard, we are about to resolve this situation, sir.
