Ceylen Hooded Long Puffer Vest

I purchased the product about two months ago. There were none then, and still aren't, so I felt the need to write. At first I was really happy; it's beautiful and fits me very well. However, I was unpleasantly surprised after washing it. All the material inside has become lumpy/fluffy. I have several other toppers of similar style and wash them often; never had this happen before. Also, the stitching has come undone in some places on the back. People need to know for sure that the product they are buying cannot be washed (or perhaps must be cleaned in a special way, such as dry cleaning). If this is the case, this information should be made clear and specific before purchase.
