The product smells really strange, and it arrived scalding hot—you know, skin care products are supposed to be stored at a moderate temperature, but this one arrived at a temperature higher than normal?!?! Like that. The product is spoiled—it doesn't make any sense, honestly—and it arrived really clumpy.
