Absolutely terrible experience. The seller used photos of the original product in the listing, but what I received was clearly not the same item. In the photos, there is a Celimax brand shown, but the product I received has no Celimax branding at all. It is completely different from what was advertised. There is also no QR code on the product, which raises even more concerns about its authenticity. This is not what I paid for, and it does not match the listing in any way. I really wasted my money on fake item ! On top of that, I was not allowed to return the item, which makes the situation even worse. I am now stuck with a product that was falsely advertised and cannot be trusted. I strongly advise others not to buy this product from this seller. It is misleading, not as described, and not worth the risk. I am requesting a return for this order even if it's unreturnable. The item received is not the same as the product shown in the listing, and I will not accept being kept with a fake, and mispresented item.

The order arrived—it's a duplicate of the previous order and not what was requested.
