Hello, good day, when I bought the product, the first two times it was very nice, it took the shape of the place we put it, so the ice pieces looked like weeds, but now we take it out of the fridge and it becomes like an ice cold stone. Why is it like this? What can we do? I bought it for my grandmother, to make it easier, it made the job difficult.
Answer from urunkolik
You don't break it by melting the liquid, drying it and breaking it.

Do I put chunks of ice in it and use it or put water in it freeze and use
Answer from urunkolik
You can put water and freeze it, you can also put it in ice, it doesn't matter.

In the answer to the questions, it was said that hot water can be put in, so can we put water at the temperature of the hot water we boiled in this teapot? Also, can we fill the ice bag with water and put it in the deep freezer? or should it only be filled with ice?
Answer from urunkolik
There is no reason to put hot water in this shape. Of course, you can do it, but using it as an ice pack rather than a hot water bottle will damage the materials over time, contrary to the logic of use. It is called an ice pack for you to put in the deep freezer. Using normal water would be the most beneficial thing to do. You can also fill it with ice, there is no problem.

Thank you very much for writing a long answer as if you were explaining it to students in chemistry class. I am not using it for the first time, I agree with what you said, but as you know and when I use it other times, the product does not produce water. As you know, it produces water from the side, or it is not the natural melting of the ice on it when it comes out. But it doesn't matter, you wrote a very interesting and detailed answer, I really thank you. Have a nice day
