Product Q&As
Hello, what are the three benefits?

Is it possible to dilute it with water? Would it be healthy if done?
Answer from Caracal Doğal Ürünler
Hello. Since the product is composed of pure oil, it will not mix with water, you can use a spray bottle to mix it and shake it before each use, but if you want to apply it to the skin, it is more appropriate to mix it with a fixed oil at a ratio of 1-3%. If you're going to use it by dripping it onto your laundry, you can use a drop or two without diluting it, after letting it air out. Healthy and happy days.

You said that if we sell it, you can use it at 1_3 percent. I wonder how much ml is a pump chamber? I am asking why to determine 1 or 3 percent of 200 ml of water.
Answer from Caracal Doğal Ürünler
Hello. The dropper holds approximately 0.75 ml when fully filled. Best regards.

Does it burn? When I took it out for a while and aired it, it still burns on the inside.
Answer from Caracal Doğal Ürünler
Hello. Since it is composed of pure essential oils, it may cause irritation when it comes into contact with the skin. You can add a few drops to your laundry, let it air out, and then use it. If your laundry is not absorbent or you have not ventilated enough, it may touch your skin. Healthy and happy days.

Is this for external use only?
Answer from Caracal Doğal Ürünler
Hello. It is composed of pure essential oils. It is for external use. If you want to apply it directly to the skin, it should be diluted with a stable oil (sunflower, olive oil, castor oil). Recommended use; add a few drops to your laundry, let your laundry air out for a short while, and then use it. Healthy and happy days.

Can we dilute the nioli oil and lavender mixture with the rose oil you sent and use it?
Answer from Caracal Doğal Ürünler
Hello! The product sent to you as a gift is Rose Water Yeast. If you wish, you can add 5-10 drops of Caracal Nioli/Lavender Oil to the Rose Water Yeast, but since water and oil will not mix, it will not be a homogeneous mixture. Therefore, It Is Recommended To Shake The Mixture Before Each Use. Best regards!
