CAN The Wanderer and Other Stories

Product description

The stories of the swiss writer robert walser featured in the 'stroll' were included in a few printings in germany and switzerland after the first world war. "the book you have in your hands compiles some of robert walser's works that he wrote in a hotel room in 1917, while he was writing at the pace of war, and that he compiled into a book from his ""short stories"", which he called ""short prose""." The stories of robert walser, the master of prose, breathe with a different air. These stories have a pure atmosphere, as if seeing the world through the eyes of a child, but at the same time, they have a surprisingly realistic atmosphere.

naif a narrative, walser feeds with strong observations about everyday life. "although the world discovered him late, today it is indisputably mentioned that robert walser is one of the most important writers of the 20th century and modern world literature. hesse said, ""if there were a hundred thousand readers, the world would be a better place."

the tour is a book that needs to be read just for these words.
