CAN Sen, Ben Ve Elma Ağacı - Sevim Ak

Product description

“i opened my door to the wind, my roof to the clouds. "let the news come, don't leave without visiting me."" numbers were bilgin's worst nightmare." Numbers and eyes constantly expecting 'deserved' success from him.

he would have wanted to fade into nothingness in the face of those gazes, to be retracted like a snail in its shell, bilgin.

it seemed like only his grandmother understood his feelings.

one day, a new boy came to his class.

moses who lived the war, fell away from his home and his family, full of life in his gaze. Would the friendship of musa, who feels distant even from his own family, and bilgin, who doesn't know where his family is, be able to bring balance to their lives? Sevim ak, one of the most beloved writers of children's literature, tells the story of warm friendships in his novel, which allows us to know and love ourselves. On one hand, the reality of war that drives people from their homes, on the other hand, children and intergenerational resentments exhausted by the expectations from their families... the needed closeness is hidden in chats, questions, stories that bring together yesterday and today.
