CAN Aklı Bir Karış Havada

Product description

Twelve-year-old ruben, thinking he accidentally killed his teacher oskar, runs away from the house where he was sitting with his grandmother. Ruben's goal, after jumping onto the first train he finds, is to flee to his uncle living in america. However, the journey turns into a series of adventures filled with mishaps. In this book, susanna tamaro tells her readers a fairy tale full of surreal elements, between dream and reality. This book, written with the optimistic spirit of the little prince and suggesting that we will overcome absolute blindness with even a tiny spark of enthusiasm within us, is different from the author's other works

it is full of imagination and fun.

Ruben reflects a side of my personality that, over the years, i've learned to hide pretty well with the wisdom i've gained, but i can never quite shake: the tendency to get off on the wrong foot, to open the bathroom door thinking i'm heading to the top floor, to strike up sweet conversations with the housekeeper, pretending i'm the host, at important events. Ruben, my clumsiness, my inability to see the world as a place for material gain, is my talent," says susanna tamaro. In "a mind in a mess of air," a brutal story is told with a mocking tone, depicting ruben, who, among adults incapable of understanding the depth of life, cannot see the world as a place for material gain.
