Can Çocuk Yayınları Beethoven : the Bard of Music

Product description

Ludwig van beethoven's musical life began in the 1780s in germany, where he played viola in the court orchestra to support his family. He was trying to forget the gloomy atmosphere created by his unhappy and angry father at home, mostly by spending time with his brother karl by the river ren. Despite his gradually deteriorating hearing, he wanted to compose his music with the love he had for nature and make it accessible to large audiences. He would do this by living like everyone else, not in the palace or under someone's command, but among the people. Because for beethoven, music was as natural as the air we breathe and was for everyone.

The author, göknil özkök, a viola artist and academic who has been writing novels for children since 2006 about the lives of important composers of classical western music, this time sees his life mission as telling the sounds, colors, shapes, and scents of nature through music. The action behind the temperament, a bard inspired by the ages, striking with heart and mercy, is writing about the life of ludwig van beethoven.
