CAMPER Dean Men's Brown Casual Shoes K 100979 -002

When I received the product, there were obvious fold marks, especially in the folding areas and side parts, at the first opening. I did not expect that in a product I purchased as new. When I conveyed the situation to Camper customer service, they stated that exchanges could not be made for orders placed through Trendyol and only a return option could be offered. In addition, the information that the product could not be supplied was shared. Whereas in the same process I saw on Camper's own website the same model and number in stock. This experience I had shows that when shopping online, the quality standards in physical stores are not maintained in the same way.
