When purchasing an imam robe, it is necessary to avoid excessive embroidery and very eye-catching colors, as the directorate of religious affairs has banned such robes. It is extremely important that the robe is sewn from a fabric that does not wrinkle easily. It should be noted that the interlining used in the collar and front part (mostira) of the imam's robe should be fabric. if paper interlining is used, the paper inside will fall apart and gather inside the collar during the first wash. Also, very cheap robes should not be preferred, because every product has a cost, it should not be forgotten that very cheap robes have poor quality fabric and poor workmanship.
