Calvin Klein Ck 25300022 Men's Wristwatch

I purchased this watch while it was still under warranty, but now the winding wheel has come loose, and I can no longer use it. I reached out to CK for support, but they rejected my claim. Their reason: the watch should have been bought from an official CK store, official website, or an authorized partner like Rivoli in the UAE. That means, according to CK, this watch – sold here on Trendyol – does not qualify for warranty service. I don’t want to leave a negative review if there’s still a solution. I’m asking Trendyol to step in and help me get this resolved – either by covering the repair, replacing the watch, or clarifying the warranty process with CK on my behalf.
