game board, 4 player pawns, question cards (4 decks of 50 and joker deck), score boards, hourglass, felt pen, rules and dice. How to play quido? The player order is determined by drawing small cards numbered (1-2-3-4). Player pawns are placed at the starting point of the game board. The choice of card and color of the pucks is made according to the order of the participants. (the chosen card and the pawns must be the same color) each player receives a score table. The last player draws a card from the deck in the color of their puppet and asks the player who will start the game as 1st. In multiplayer, the asking order continues clockwise. The starting player has the right to call pass once. In this case, a new card is drawn. The card called pas is placed inside the deck and a new card is drawn. The hourglass is turned upside down and the time is started. The player playing says the answers that come to his mind about the subject title. Correct answers are processed into the scoreboard by the opposing player. The player moves the square on the game board as much as he knows the answer. Then it's the other player's turn. Kuka question mark (?) If it coincides with the square that appears, the player playing guesses how many correct answers he will find. If the guesser knows the answer more or less, the game stops right where it is. If he knows the answer as accurately as the estimate, he advances twice as much. If the kuka comes to the square with the cross (x), the player gets penalized and 1 square comes back. If the kuka comes to the square with the asterisk (*), the player gets a prize and moves 2 squares further. The player who is far behind in the competition or tries to widen the gap with his opponent has the right to choose the joker cards three times. The joker deck sits in the middle of the table. The opponent draws from this deck and tells the player the title. The player who knows one of the starry answers on the card goes as twice as much as he knows. If he doesn't know any of the star answers - regardless of the number of questions he knows - 2 squares return. The first to the end of the scoreboard wins the game. Tips for success in the game of quido • as soon as the hourglass turns, start counting what comes to your mind. • the titles on the cards can have hundreds of correct answers. The important thing is to be able to find the answers written on the card. So tell me even the most ridiculous answer. • don't be afraid to say something wrong. It's important for you to get it right, what you say wrong doesn't take points from you, only your time. • knowing part of a two-word answer will be considered valid, don't be a perfectionist. If you think you are too far behind or want to distance yourself from your opponent, we recommend you to draw from the joker cards. This can instantly bring you closer to your opponent or make you break the gap. Of course, if you don't find the star answers, you can be far behind. But it's worth a try!
