Product Q&As
I HAVE NEVER USED A CLAY CUP. HOW IS IT CLEANED? CAN IT BE WASHED WITH DETERGENT? DOES THE DETERGENT PASS THE TASTE OF WATER AND DOES IT GIVE THE TASTE OF SOIL TO THE WATER?
Answer from Nazstoree16
Since you will use it only with water, rinsing it with clean water will be sufficient.

WE WASH THE GLASS WE DRINK WATER IN WITH DETERGENT, BUT IT GETS DIRTY IF ONLY WATER IS DRINKED. WOULDN'T JUST RINING WITH WATER PREVENT BACTERIA FORMATION?
Answer from Nazstoree16
You can wash it by hand with detergent, as long as it is rinsed well, we will not have a problem.

Is it heat resistant? Can it withstand hot water and hot coffee?
Answer from Nazstoree16
Hello sir, since the inside of the clay cup is unglazed, it is not heat resistant and may darken. When it sees the heat, we have a cherry mug model for hot coffee and tea, you can choose it.
