    Product Q&As

Hello, is the product pure silk?

    Answer from BURSA İPEK

    Hello velvet.

    Translated by Google

Hello, good luck. I bought a prayer rug from you. When I opened it, there were fold marks along the width due to the packaging. Will this go away with use? Can we wash the prayer rug? How should we wash it?

    Answer from BURSA İPEK

Hello, it wears off with use, we recommend cleaning it with dry cleaning.

    Translated by Google

    Six gel soles?

    Answer from BURSA İPEK

Hello, it is not a gel base.

    Translated by Google

Assalamu alaikum, I am the imam of the mosque. I will lay it on the prayer rug and continue. Will the prayer rug slip on the carpet?

    Answer from BURSA İPEK

    Hello no it doesn't.
