Product Q&As
Hello. Is this shampoo purifying? Please give me advice
Answer from Kozmar Kozmetik
Hello, yes, the product is a clarifying shampoo. It is a suitable shampoo for opening the scales before keratin application.

In the product information, it is said that it is used after keratin application. The box has the same information on it. Since it is shampoo number 1, I thought it was a purifying shampoo before keratin application. Can you clarify? Can you use it before applying keratin?
Answer from Kozmar Kozmetik
Hello, this product is a purifying shampoo used before keratin. You apply this shampoo and then apply keratin. After keratin, you can use salt-free shampoo. If you use this product after keratin, the keratin will be destroyed because it is a purifying shampoo.

Hello, I have a lot of dandruff in my hair. People who used it said that it is very effective against dandruff. My hair does not need keratin. Will there be any side effects if I use it for dandruff?
Answer from Kozmar Kozmetik
Hello, the product is a quality product used before straightening, and it may be good for dandruff as another factor. It is not produced with the feature of eliminating dandruff, but since it is a care product, it will definitely have an effect. Thank you. Enjoy your work.
