It was not written in the product specifications that it cannot be washed, it smells, the bag cannot be hung on the hanger, the response of the big brand owner is not satisfactory, you are not afraid of losing customers, you do not stand behind your product, should I throw away the bag, which I have never used, is this your solution now?
Answer from BONHEUR
In case of washing, it is out of warranty.

Is it machine washable?
Answer from BONHEUR
We do not recommend machine washing. You can wipe with a damp soapy cloth.

Hello, I bought the bag, which I liked very much, and started using it when I went on a trip. When I first used it, water spilled from the plastic bottle inside. A few days later it spilled again and there was a stain on the bag. Two spots have developed. I'm sure it was water, I saw the wetness at that moment, the bottle cap was not closed. That wetness pattern remained as a trace. I can send a photo. I request your help. Thanks so much in advance
Answer from BONHEUR
Hello, we recommend that you wipe it gently with a damp soapy cloth in such cases. You can reuse it when you leave it to dry at room temperature.

Hello. Is this bag waterproof? Is the material waxed canvas?
Answer from BONHEUR
Hello, it is not waxed canvas, it is canvas fabric. Washing is not recommended. It is not recommended to use it in rainy weather.

If no washing is recommended I would have to know but there is not the slightest instruction for use. Also, how can it say that I paid a lot of money for the cloth bag? How can it cost so much paint? I will seek my rights within the scope of the KVKK.
Answer from BONHEUR
You can review the usage instructions on our website.
