Product Q&As
Hello. Let the light in but not cut the light too much in the house. I want it mirrored. Does window film with a mirror and 10% block light?
Answer from Black Master Cam Filmleri
Hello, it doesn't cut much.

mrhb.. We glued the product, but during the day there is a mirror image from the inside. When the light is on all night, the mirror is completely invisible from the outside. When you look from the inside, it looks normal. When you look from the outside, shouldn't it be a mirror? Are these mirrors made from the outside or not? But in the videos it was always done from the inside. I didn't know. I would love it if you enlighten me
Answer from Black Master Cam Filmleri
Hello, it is not actually mirrored from the inside during the day. If it is bright inside from the outside, it will be mirrored. Your application is normal. It's normal to see a mirrored image from the inside at night, but you should be able to see outside during the day. Outside it is looking at a dark spot.

Hello, I had bought this, does it matter if the product has an application aspect or not?
Answer from Black Master Cam Filmleri
Hello, you can remove the gelatin and stick it with the adhesive part on the glass. Direction doesn't matter.

I wonder what it looks like from the inside out. I mean, how is the vision at night and during the day?
Answer from Black Master Cam Filmleri
Hello sir, during the day you can see outside as if there is no film on the glass. When you turn on the light in the evening, the light will shine on the glass, reducing your vision a little. When a light is on inside in the evening it will show inside as all window films do

Hi, does it cut off the heat? It has the ability to reflect sunlight, right?
Answer from Black Master Cam Filmleri
Hello, it has 80% heat cutting feature.

Hi, is there a difference in grade for mirrored window films? Are they all 10%? I want the balcony glass to be both invisible and to provide thermal insulation, but are there different types of black window films and mirrored window films?
Answer from Black Master Cam Filmleri
There is no different tint with the mirrored window film. It doesn't show inside unless you have a light on inside. And it provides thermal insulation.
