Apply a sufficient amount evenly on your skin before going out in the sun. Apply especially 20-30 minutes before going out into intense sunlight. Excessive exposure to the sun is a serious health threat. Do not stay in the sun for long periods of time, even when using sunscreen. To ensure continued sun protection, repeat the application process, especially after sweating, swimming or towel drying. Reducing the amount to be applied will significantly reduce the level of protection. Warnings: Use a sunscreen product for prolonged exposure to the sun. Take care to stay out of the sun during peak midday hours. Do not apply the product around the eyes. Avoid contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water in case of contact.
