Bioderma Repairing, soothing care cream & baby and child 1 lt face, hair, body shampoo 2-piece set

My baby looks happy

In one word, Bioderma difference was very good for my son with dermatitis skin.

I will try and observe, but they are plenty enough for a long time.

The product is registered with UTS and I bought it from Bioderm from its own authorized seller. It's nice. It came intact with the sprays. But the creams I bought before were on its lid. There was gelatin, I opened the bandrol. There was no gelatin on the lid It was obvious. That wasn't nice. The expiration date was: 10.26. I haven't used it yet. I bought it because it was good in the comments. Also, it took 1 hour after I ordered it. Then the price dropped by 280 TL, I feel ripped off by the seller. I request a refund. Also, everyone received gifts and stuff. My second purchase, I did not receive a gift. I have written back for a refund many times. It says question and problem in the order, I didn't research it, where is it being asked? Bioderma The seller is malicious and constantly plays with the prices. I'm bored. Also The lack of gelatin on the lids bothered me. After all, it was my first time opening it. I want. Actually, you will return it, but I won't bother. 280 TL for me. It would be better if a refund is made.
