Atoderm Shower Oil or Atoderm Intensive Bar can be applied to cleansed skin once or twice daily. The 3-6-9 method is a brand-new method of using moisturizer in the right proportion, adapted to the individual's age and physical build. It has been specially developed to achieve better long-term results and establish a care routine after using the moisturizing care cream. 3 pumps are required for 1 baby (1 pump should be applied to the front of the chest, 1 pump to the back, and 1 pump to the legs). 6 pumps are required for 1 child (1 pump should be applied to the head and neck area, 1 pump to the front of the chest, 1 pump to the arms, 1 pump to the back area, and 1 pump to each leg). 9 pumps are required for 1 adult (1 pump should be applied to the head and neck area, 1 pump each to the arms, 1 pump to the front of the chest, 1 pump to the back, 1 pump each to the front of the legs, and 1 pump each to the back of the legs).
