Product description

Mustafa gazalcı, with his striking stories that he wrote based on memories reflecting the spirit of the village institutes, which are one of the major breakthroughs of the republic and have a place in the history of world education, is before us. In a story featured in the book, i̇smail hakkı tonguç, one of the founders of the institutes, recounts his visit to arifevi, saying: "...ultimately, after preparing a report for the pasha, we said, 'we cannot open a new institute under these circumstances today.'" On this report, i̇smet paşa said, 'you will regret it a lot later, they will never let us do this after the war.'

if we cannot open a new institute, i think we should at least increase the number of students in the existing ones. The village and city boarding schools lived for a while, then they closed these institutions without any noise or fuss.

was it useless? No.

since their numbers were small, there was no opposition. We, at biz köy institutes, aim to revitalize our people and free turkey from all kinds of hardships.

it is necessary to multiply the useful elements that will go to the village for this.
