I bought the burgundy one, it looks very nice and full, but this one looks poor quality and it is shedding excess hair.

I don't know what to say, it just arrived, I wore it with great enthusiasm, it was black on me, imagine 10 times the feather in the picture, it's a feather massacre, the cleaned version is ruined, it sheds feathers everywhere, incredibly, I have a cat, even he didn't shed that much hair. I struggled with the dryer and tried to distribute the fur. Honestly, the shedding of this fur never goes away. I have never had such a problem with any fur I have bought. In fact, I bought the burgundy one from here. It was very high quality. This one is not like that. It is very sad. I liked the color, but if you want to have a nervous breakdown, you can buy it and wear it. I can't do that to myself. I request a direct refund. 👎
