You can buy the full size very easily, it only hurts the top of your foot when worn without socks.

It's fine. It might be better if you buy one size larger than your own size. Maybe it will loosen up as you wear it.

The most comfortable ballet flats I've ever worn. I wear it all day long, it is very comfortable and does not cause any tightness. (hit a bit the first day but then took the shape of my foot right away and no more hits.)
