Terrible Experience - Like a Scam Really! Bag from Trendyol I placed the order but returned it because I didn't like the size. Almost a month has passed and I still have not received my money back. Customer service is a complete disappointing – they just send automated messages, no solution they do not offer. Every time I call or write, they give the same indifferent answers. I'm buying. It's like they purposely delay or ignore returns. A reliable company would not treat a customer like this. Never again I don't shop from Trendyol and I advise others to be careful. I advise. I'm not going to drop my money, I'm going to keep looking for my due. It is unacceptable to take people's money and then not care!
