Product description

“we must accept life as it is, and not add to it or take away from it anything. There are some things that bother us

'why is this like this? We say, 'we should remove such things from the world!'

some things also are not available. We wish for these to happen and even work towards this success.

both are ridiculous and useless.

a mere mortal cannot change anything. "sabahattin ali wrote his first novel, ""kuyucaklı yusuf"", which was fully serialized in the tan newspaper between 1936-1937, based on the experiences of yusuf, whom he met while in prison in aydın." This novel, which was adapted to cinema in 1985 and counted by the ministry of national education among a hundred essential works, is also a pioneer in its focus on social structure rather than the problem of westernization, according to the critic berna moran.

when yusuf was nine years old, he was orphaned by the murder of his father and mother. The governor of nazilli who comes to kuyucak to investigate this murder feels sorry for the child and takes him as his ward. "over the years, yusuf will fall in love with the governor's daughter muazzez, and the fight he gets involved in to protect her honor will unfortunately turn the life of this tough but deeply naive young man upside down." "yusuf with the well is a classic that tells the story of love in the 1910s anatolia, about class conflict, courage, and resistance despite everything."
