summary: "the book ""the day you hold in your hand"" is the third of the books published so far." I've always looked at life through the left window. It has been a way of life for me to fight fascism, to be on the front of labor against imperialism. I have always been involved in organized struggle, whether as a founder, manager or ordinary member of many organizations, and i have always made an effort to be present. As the son of a enlightenment hero, i carried the flag he left with honor and pride, and i still try to carry it. Because i think secularism, which means the freedom of mind, is a must for life... the writings in the book cover many issues. It covers a fairly wide range-from domestic violence from local authorities to drug-induced murders to religion-motivated ones. Each one touches life separately. While reading, sometimes you will get angry, sometimes you will see that your thoughts coincide with mine and you will feel that you are not alone... we are going through difficult days as a country. He sees and feels our impending disaster step by step, but we can't lift our hands and arms as if we were caught by a black cat. However, we can overcome these dark days only by standing side by side, by solidarity... i would be happy if this book contributes to this solidarity in some way and strengthens our unity... it's like salt in soup for us... ” (abit dursun)
