Is the Mrb faucet head plastic or metal?

    Answer from BEREV

Hello, it is chrome plated on ABS plastic.

    Translated by Google

Hello, how many inches is this product? My faucet is a little too high, I want to use it lower, that's why I'm asking.

    Answer from BEREV

Hello, sizes are available in the 3rd picture.

    Translated by Google

    Hello, does it prevent lime?

    Answer from BEREV

Hello, it does not have a filter feature.

    Translated by Google

    Do you have sensor devices?

    Answer from BEREV

Hello, unfortunately it is not available

    Translated by Google

We bought two products, but we did not have such a problem with the other one, as you know, it dripped water until the morning.

    Answer from BEREV

Hello, then there is a problem related to the installation. This product is not a product that interferes with the flow of water coming from the plumbing system. This situation is related to your valve part.

    Translated by Google

Hello, good day, is there a version of this product with a male input?

    Answer from BEREV

Hello Compatible with 22 external thread and 24 mm internal thread faucets. You can connect directly to the external thread, you can connect to the internal thread with the apparatus in the package.

    Translated by Google

Assalamu alaikum, good evening. Does the title you sent have a battery?

    Answer from BEREV

Hello, it does not have a battery.

    Translated by Google

It says chrome on the product, the product that comes is plastic, it is so light

    Answer from BEREV

Hello, yes, this is already stated clearly in the description section.

    Translated by Google

What is the product material? Is it plastic?

    Answer from BEREV

    ABS plastic with chrome plating

    Translated by Google

What is the size of the head in mm?

    Answer from BEREV

Hello Compatible with 22 external thread and 24 mm internal thread faucets. You can connect directly to the external thread, you can connect to the internal thread with the apparatus in the package.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I tried the product and it leaks from the top, what can I do?

    Answer from BEREV

Hello, you need to use the gaskets included in the package.

    Translated by Google

Hello, what is the size of the movable head end between the fountain and the apparatus? The first one I bought was good. Since the ones I bought later are long, they do not stay stable and constantly sag. I am talking about that thin pipe between the fountain and the apartment that is incompatible. Please give clear information. The products I received are not like the ones in the picture. I have 4 products like this.

    Answer from BEREV

Hello, you can check the dimensions in the 3 images.

    Translated by Google

How do we know 22 external thread 24 mm internal thread taps?

    Answer from BEREV

Hello, remove the aerator piece at the end of your tap and measure it with the help of a meter.

    Translated by Google

It says Çeviksu EN 817 07 23 Ç on the tap, will it fit?

    Answer from BEREV

    Hello, it doesn't fit

    Translated by Google

Hello, I wonder how many centimeters are the distance between the faucet and the battery end. I would appreciate it if you could give me information.

    Answer from BEREV

Hello, sizes are available in the 3rd image.

    Translated by Google

Hello, my tap flows slowly. If I use the pressurized device, will it flow faster?

    Answer from BEREV

Hello, it does not create high pressure, but it will flow differently than normal.

    Translated by Google

I asked you, is it metal? You said yes, it is metal. But it would be more convincing if you said plastic with a metal look.

    Answer from BEREV

Hello, you did not ask us any questions about whether it is metal, I think you came across a different seller? The features of the product are already clearly shown, as well as the material of the product. If you asked a question, can you please share the date and time information?

    Translated by Google

Hello, when you turn off the tap, it drips the remaining water for a while, what can be done?

    Answer from BEREV

Hello, unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about this issue.

    Translated by Google

You call the product chrome, users call it plastic. I wonder which one? I'm confused
