You cut the product 1 cm longer than its width, but when we tried to fix it, we cut it because it was 1 cm long and unfortunately we could not use the product.
Answer from Behçetin Tekstil
Hello sir, the product is cut by adding shrinkage allowance. A margin of 0.5 - 0.7 cm is allowed for width and 1 - 1.5 cm for length. It is written on the product label in the instructions for use. Since the product is elastic and PVC, this margin is added. Within 1 month, the product will grow to the dimensions you actually want by pulling. Thank you and have a nice day.
