Product Q&As
Hello, I am 41 years old. I have sagging skin, uneven color and a mole that has lost its brightness. I used liquid collagen before. Now, if I buy two products, camu camu and ceramid, can I use them at the same time? Or which one should I buy? Which one would you recommend? Which one is good for me? How many months should I use it?
Answer from Barbaris
Hello, you can use two products together. Ceramide can be used in the morning on an empty stomach, 15-30 minutes before breakfast, and camu camu can be used after lunch. Ceramide is suitable for long-term use. You can use 4-5 courses, take a break for 1 month and then continue. We wish you healthy days

One tablet of G0nden1 is sufficient, if there is a condition such as fatigue or cold, it is recommended to take 2 tablets per day. It is recommended to consume it at the times when you need energy the most. We wish you healthy days.

I was taking camu camu daily two. I forgot and drank another one again. Are there any side effects?
Answer from Barbaris
Hello, 2 a day is good when you feel a little tired, 1 tablet is enough the other days. 4 tablets in a row can be a bit of a sleep problem. High consumption of water will be excreted with high vitamin C urine. It can be a day full of energy. We wish you healthy days.

Hello, what should be the usage hours of camu camu? Hungry or full? You also recommended ceramide on an empty stomach in the morning, right?
Answer from Barbaris
Hello, consuming Ceramide on an empty stomach in the morning increases the effect. Camu Camu is a source of energy and a protective vitamin C. Consuming two in a row at any time of the day will be enough for your daily vitamin C needs. We wish you healthy days.
