I have bought this product twice from the same seller. The legs of the first product that arrived were wobbly because it was installed incorrectly. I contacted the seller and told him that the product was defective, I wanted to buy it again, I asked for the other future product to be checked and sent, I said I would not have to deal with the return process again. "I also gave my order number so that it could be checked and sent. They replied saying ""Of course sir""." The second product that arrived was still shaking... whoever made it couldn't stick the two boards together properly for some reason. I didn't return the last one because it would match my breakfast set. My wife separated the pieces, removed the staples and glued them back together. She didn't have any difficulty in separating them anyway, the fixing was so bad... So anyone who wants to buy a swinging napkin holder can buy it.
