A bamboo sapling reaches full maturity in 5 years, while an oak takes 50 years and other similar trees can reach this maturity in 70 years.

bamboo is not only solid and durable as oak but it is also long-lasting, lightweight, ecological and healthy. The bamboo plant, due to its structure, does not harbor bacteria, so when you use bamboo kitchen and household utensils, you contribute to your health. Bamboo, with its natural stance, adds warmth and richness to its environment. thanks to the warmth and hygienic structure of bamboo, you will feel better and eat healthier. Why ecological? The balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide in our atmosphere is very important. Bamboo has a positive impact on the environment by reducing carbon emissions and global warming due to its eco-friendly source. An adult bamboo plant produces 35% more oxygen than plants of similar sizes, and it also absorbs 4 times more carbon than other plants. At the same time, it does not have any bad or negative effects on the environment while being harvested and growing again. Bamboo, a very fast-growing plant, provides the best solutions against desertification and lack of greenery. In addition to this, trees made from bamboo release less carbon during the production phase compared to knives made from steel. For example, while 182 kg of carbon dioxide is released in the production of 1 ton of bamboo knife, 2100 kg of carbon dioxide is released in the production of 1 ton of steel.
