Product Q&As
Hello, some soaps melt very quickly after getting wet. I think the side of the product that will be in contact with the ground is a different color. If I rinse it after use and leave it, will it melt quickly?
Answer from BALMY
Hello sir, We recommend that you hang it to dry after use, not in contact with the ground. One side of our product is pumpkin and the other side is soap. Best regards.

Hello, I had small redness on my face, I used it by applying pressure. Do you think it will go away? The pain sensation is too much on my face. Thank you.
Answer from BALMY
Hello, different reactions may occur depending on the skin structure. We recommend that you first soften the application by lathering your skin with soap, then soften the rough part under warm water and gently rub it on your skin without applying too much pressure. You can react according to the sensitivity of your skin. Therefore, it is recommended that you soften the part with a sponge, or it is recommended that you do not use it on your scrap skin. It should not be forgotten that different reactions may occur depending on the skin structure of each person. Thank you for choosing our product...
