Product Q&As

does it vacum with a vacuum cleaner?

**** **** - 20 May 2025

Answer from Balkan E-Ticaret Limited Şirketi

Hello sir, you can fill the items you want to store by opening the product from the top part called zipper. Afterwards, the zipper part of the product should be tightly closed 3-4 times with a tool and the air should be removed from the rotary lid valve only by removing the lid with a vacuum cleaner. It is compatible with all vacuum cleaners. Once it is aerated the twist cap should close. That is the process. The pink silicone inside the valve should not be removed. If it has been removed or moved, we kindly ask you to replace it without damaging the product while it is empty. Products should be protected against high heat with cutting and drilling tools and surfaces. The products are checked and packaged by the manufacturer. We think you will not have any problems if you follow the usage instructions. Thank you for your interest and wish you good shopping.

There is no instruction manual, that's why I'm asking, if the pink silicone cannot be removed, won't it also be pulled when pulling it with the machine? I don't fully understand its use.

Answer from Balkan E-Ticaret Limited Şirketi

Hello sir, the pink silicone inside the valve should not be removed. This is the part that keeps the air flow under control in the product. Don't worry, the vacuum cleaner won't run out of air power. After removing the blue valve cap, you can vacuum it out. After the air is removed, you can close the twist valve cap again and place it where you want to store it. The area you will use to store it must be free from cutting and piercing tools and surfaces. We wish you a nice day.

Hello, I wonder what size XXL is. Thank you in advance.

Answer from Balkan E-Ticaret Limited Şirketi

Hello sir, according to European standards, the XXL product corresponds to a 80x100 cm product. Thank you for your interest and wish you good shopping.

Hello, the product has a stopper, do we remove it when pulling it with the machine?

Answer from Balkan E-Ticaret Limited Şirketi

Hello sir, the zipper part of the product should be tightly closed 3-4 times with the apparatus, and the rotary valve should be carefully closed to let the air out. The pink silicone inside the valve should not be removed. Products should be protected against high heat with cutting and drilling tools and surfaces. The products are checked and packaged with a dual control system after the production phase. We think that if you pay attention to the usage instructions, you will not have any problems. We thank you for your understanding and wish you a good day.
