Is it suitable for use before exercise? how much should we consume
Answer from Bala Hatun Organik
Yes sir, Yes, beet kvass can be drunk before exercise and positively affects athletic performance. Beetroot is exceptionally rich in natural nitrates, which are converted into nitric oxide (NO) in the body. By widening blood vessels, nitric oxide increases the flow of oxygen and blood to muscles, which in turn elevates your endurance during exercise and allows you to fatigue more slowly.
